Tove
Helsinki, 1945. The end of the war fills Finnish painter Tove Jansson with freedom. Modern art, wild parties and an extramarital affair with a politician: her unconventional social life puts her in tension with the strict ideals of her father. Tove’s desire for freedom is tested when she meets theater director Vivica Bandler. Her love for Vivica is electric and absorbing, but Tove begins to realize that the love she truly longs for must be reciprocated.
