This gorgeous Swedish animation, in all its kaleidoscopic, psychedelic glory, perfectly captures that feeling when you are in love with someone that you just can’t be with. Created by Sofie Edvardsson, a director and illustrator from Umeå in the north of Sweden, this queer narrative is a visually daring and refreshingly frank story; this is also her debut film.
