A Letter to Myself is a poetical short documentary series capturing the poignant reality of the Lebanese queer community. Every episode follows the story of a queer Lebanese individual or one of their family members as they take us through their inner search and self-reconstruction journey to overcome years of lingering pain. Sparked by the explosion at the port of Beirut and the fear of regret—”of not having spoken without fear”—Omar Gabriel, a Lebanese queer artist, picks up his camera to reveal faces, document stories, and touch hearts in the hope of fostering understanding.

In this episode, we listen to Moe’s testimony.
