Lara and Roque, two queer and isolated teenagers in the Spanish countryside, face the end of a bitter-sweet innocence. Catorce embraces three interconnected themes: a critical reflection on misogyny and homophobia, a portrait of positive queer and migrant experiences within rural settings, and a celebration of friendship.
