The changing room of a regional football team is revolutionised by the arrival of young Leon, whose cool attitude and lack of prejudice do not fit in with the idea of a team that sticks together, whatever. However, Mario is attracted to handsome Leon. Constantly together, they fall in love with a passion that goes beyond sport as they form a relationship that will have unexpected consequences.

In this honest, mature film, the director of Rosie – also showed before at FIRE!! – reflects on the issue of homophobia in elite sport and the hypocrisy of a modern, “tolerant” society that is incapable of defending its beliefs when they might threaten the survival of a mere football club.
