As you all know, we consider education absolutely vital! Education is and will continue to be a major driver for change towards the society we want. We, too, have our proposals and plans in the field... This year sees us launch a new initiative, branching out once more. For the first time, we are organising a schools programme, a totally renewed project in terms of materials, formats and events. As a result, there will be two morning sessions for school pupils.

The first session will be presented by a very special guest: television’s Brigitta Lamoure. We will also organise activities for pupils and teachers, guided by experts. The programme will feature shorts devoted to different subjects: affective-sexual discovery, homophobia, coming of age, etc. The content will also include a film made by students from Garrotxa county, who will also present their work at the session. What a premiere!

The second session will feature Out, a documentary on the subject of young people from 12 to 18 coming out. The screening is courtesy of the Filmin platform, especially for this Schools Education Programme.

It is a pleasure for us to share this new content with the most appropriate audience. This year’s FIRE!! Festival will be more educational than ever!
